  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs parsley, dill, or thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice brightens flavor

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes until it’s hot and ready.

  3. Brush each fillet lightly with olive oil using a small brush or spoon, coating evenly to help herbs stick and crisp.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the top of each fillet, gently patting them down so they adhere well.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the seasoned fillets for a bright, zesty flavor.
  6. Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they’re evenly spaced to allow hot air to circulate.
  7. Cook the salmon at 400°F for about 10-12 minutes, until the surface is golden and crispy, and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Once cooked, carefully remove the fillets from the basket and let them rest for a minute to finish firming up.
