Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon seedless or de-seeded
  • 10 small leaves fresh mint leaves lightly bruised
  • to taste ice cubes optional, for serving

Method
 

  1. Chop a handful of fresh mint leaves into smaller pieces with a knife on the cutting board to release more flavor.

  2. Add the cubed watermelon and bruised mint leaves into the blender jar.

  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and frothy, with no visible chunks and a vibrant color.
  4. Place a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through, using a spoon to press out excess liquid and separate out the pulp from the juice.
  5. Distribute the strained juice into glasses; optionally add ice cubes and garnish with a small sprig of fresh mint for presentation before serving.
