Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef steak (sirloin or ribeye) cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinade
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl to create the marinade.

  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.

  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan to high heat until hot, with visible redness and slight smoke.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, leaving a small gap between pieces for even cooking.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, turning occasionally. Look for a well-browned exterior with slight charring and a juicy interior when pierced.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill once the beef reaches your desired doneness, approximately 5-6 minutes total for medium-rare. Allow resting for a few minutes before serving.
