Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana ripe banana sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh or store-bought
  • 1 tbsp honey optional sweetener

Method
 

  1. Measure the mango, pineapple, and banana, then add them into the blender jar.

  2. Pour the orange juice into the blender over the fruits, then add honey if desired. Secure the lid tightly.

  3. Start the blender on low speed, gradually increasing to high, and blend for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy with a uniform, vibrant color.
  4. Stop the blender and check the consistency. If desired, add more liquid or sweetener and briefly blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses, optionally garnishing with fresh fruit slices or a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
