  • 4 cups cubed watermelon firm, ripe watermelon
  • 1 lima lime juiced
  • 8 fresh mint leaves mint leaves washed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt preferred

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the fresh mint leaves. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes on a cutting board using a sharp knife. Juice the lime using a citrus reamer or juicer, removing any seeds.

  2. Add the watermelon cubes, lime juice, mint leaves, and salt into the blender jar. Ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Secure the lid of the blender and blend on high speed for about 30-40 seconds, until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy with visible small flecks of mint.
  4. Stop the blender and check the texture; it should be icy, thick, and uniformly blended. If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again for extra chill and texture.
